Getting Started
After registering, you'll be prompted to connect your Planning Center account using OAuth2. Click "Connect to Planning Center" and authorize access to the apps you want to sync (People, Groups, Services, etc.).
We support People, Groups, Services, Check-Ins, and Calendar. You can choose which apps to grant access to during the connection process.
SMS messages cost R0.35 per message sent. You purchase credits in advance, with 1 credit = R0.35. There are no monthly fees, you only pay for what you use.
Go to your Dashboard and click "Add Credits" or visit the Billing page. You can pay securely using Paystack with your bank card. Credits are added instantly after payment.
Sending Messages
You can send messages to people in your Planning Center Groups, Lists, Service Teams, or individual people - as long as they have a phone number on file.
Yes! You can use placeholders like {{first_name}}, {{last_name}}, and {{email}} in your messages. They'll be automatically replaced with each recipient's information.
SMS messages are limited to 480 characters after personalization. Our system will warn you if your message becomes too long with longer names.
Yes, you can schedule SMS campaigns to be sent at a specific date and time. This is perfect for Sunday service reminders or event notifications.
Data & Sync
We recommend syncing daily to keep your data current. You can also set up automatic syncing or manually sync whenever you make changes in Planning Center.
We sync names, email addresses, phone numbers, group memberships, list memberships, and service team assignments. We only store what's needed for SMS functionality.
Yes, absolutely. We use OAuth2 for secure authentication, encrypt data in transit and at rest, and follow South African data protection standards. We never store your Planning Center login credentials.
Yes, you can request data deletion at any time. Contact support@godsproperty.co.za and we'll remove all your organization's data within 48 hours.
Account & Billing
Purchase credits in advance (R0.35 per credit = 1 SMS). Credits don't expire and can be used anytime. View your balance on the Dashboard and add more credits as needed.
We use Paystack for secure payments, accepting all major South African bank cards including Visa, Mastercard, and local banking methods.
Currently, each organization has one main account holder. We're working on multi-user access with different permission levels. Contact us if you need this feature urgently.
There are no monthly subscriptions to cancel - you only pay for SMS credits used. To close your account and delete data, contact support@godsproperty.co.za.
Technical Issues
Check that you're using the correct Planning Center account and have admin permissions. Also ensure you haven't revoked access in your Planning Center Developer settings.
Check that they have valid South African phone numbers in Planning Center. International numbers may not work, and landline numbers cannot receive SMS.
This usually happens when Planning Center access permissions change. Try disconnecting and reconnecting your Planning Center account with full app permissions.
This can happen due to network issues, phone settings, or invalid numbers. Check the message delivery status in your campaign details for specific error messages.
